Soar Valley Community Bus runs transport services for the benefit of the community in Rushcliffe and District. It operates two wheelchair accessible, low-floor minibuses, each seating sixteen passengers with a wheelchair bay. A team of unpaid volunteers, including around thirty drivers from Soar Valley villages, handles all operations. The service supports local clubs and societies, offers day trips, excursions, private hire, and regular timetabled routes to the public.
Accessibility
The buses are wheelchair accessible with low floors and dedicated wheelchair bays. Drivers receive MiDAS training and assist passengers patiently.
