What We Do

Every timetable on this site is sourced from the UK Government's Bus Open Data Service (BODS), which requires all bus operators in England to publish their schedules as open data. We process this data and combine it with live vehicle tracking, fare information and operator details to build a complete picture of each route.

Our Data Sources

We draw on several official and publicly available sources:

• Bus Open Data Service (BODS) operated by the Department for Transport, for timetable schedules, fare data, and real-time vehicle locations
• NaPTAN (National Public Transport Access Nodes) for bus stop locations and identifiers
• Transport for London Open Data for London bus routes and real-time information
• Operator websites for supplementary information such as contact details, accessibility provisions and ticket options

Accuracy

While we take care to keep our data current and accurate, bus timetables are subject to change by operators at short notice. We update our timetable data regularly but cannot guarantee that every departure time shown will match the actual service on any given day. Passengers should confirm critical journey details directly with the relevant operator, particularly during periods of disruption, severe weather or bank holidays.
