Epping Forest & Harlow Community Transport runs community transport services across the Epping Forest and Harlow areas. It provides dial-a-ride, social car, bus routes, HI Bus, and DaRT demand-responsive transport for residents with restricted mobility, those in isolated locations, or with unmet timetable needs. The organization started in 2001, became an independent charity in 2015, and expanded its name to include Harlow in 2016. Volunteer drivers support all operations.
Accessibility
Epping Forest & Harlow Community Transport targets people unable to use regular public transport due to age, disability, or rural isolation. Door-to-door dial-a-ride and social car services meet individual needs.
