R. Robertson & Son Ltd runs local bus services, school contracts, private hires and guided tours across the Shetland Islands. The company started in 1947 on the island of Yell as a garage and transport operator. It has grown to include depots in West Sandwick, Sella Ness and Lerwick, the latter being its largest base. A fleet of 21 vehicles supports operations, including recent hires on the UK mainland.
